Roy Scheider (innate November 10, 1932) is an American actor.

Natural around Orange, New Jersey, was an athlete as a infant, participating inside unionised baseball and boxing competitions. Scheider traded his boxing gloves for the stage, researching drama at each Rutgers University and Franklin and Marshall College.
